About Boonton Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton, is located at 125 Chestnut Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. We have one mixed family high-rise (60 units); and one low-rise complex (14 units), for a total of 74 units. The Authority was created through a resolution of the Town of Boonton and organized as a public housing authority as defined by State Statute.

The mission of the Authority is “to provide, through public and private partnerships, decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low-income families, without discrimination; and to improve the quality of life for residents by promoting family self-sufficiency.”
